m$ + toshiba alerts

Short and sweet
M$ sucks, toshiba doesnt ... much. Good H/W+support, lousy s/w.
My e-sata worked since day one on my ubuntu disk, on this same h/w. Vista with intel IC9 didnot work at all.
Thanx to toshiba alerts (you need to have those, although its another system hog) found that there is a new driver release for the 'raid and others' it said. I have no raid but an educated guess and I got nothing to loose on this OS since its just vanilla install with updates only and no data, I downloaded and installed. I owened this system since april, and for the first time my e-sata worked. Hip Hip Hooray!

Please people, is that what M$ promising to buy their OS?
